Terms of Services Agreement

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement,” “Terms”) are an agreement made between Stringless (“Stringless”, “we” “us,”or “our”) and you (“User,” “you,” or “your”). This Terms and Conditions presents the basic terms and conditions of your use of the Stringless mobile application and any other related products or services (jointly referred to as “Mobile Application” or “Services”).

Membership and Accounts

For a User to be able to use the Mobile Application, he/she must be at least eighteen (18) years of age. By using this Mobile Application, you represent and warrant that you are not less than eighteen (18) years of age. If you create the Mobile Application account, you are singularly responsible for securing your account. You are also held accountable for all activities that were carried out under the account you own and any other actions taken about the account.

Providing inaccurate contact information of any kind may lead to the termination or suspension of your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspicious or unauthorized use of your account or any other security violation. We will not be held liable for any acts or omissions by you, including loss of any kind incurred due too such acts or omissions. We may suspend, terminate or disable your account (or a section of it) if we discover that you have infringed on any provision of these Terms and Conditions or that your behavior or content would prove to destroy our goodwill and reputation. If we disable your account for the above reasons, you may not be allowed to re-register for our Services. We may block ban or block your email address and IP address to prevent your re-register.

User Content

We do not own any material or information (“Content”) that you submit on the Mobile Application while you are using the Service. You possess the sole obligation for the quality, accuracy, legality, integrity, appropriateness, reliability, and intellectual property right, ownership, and permission to use all submitted Content. We may supervise Content in the Mobile Application created or submitted when you are accessing or using the Services. Unless where you specifically give us the license, your access or use of the Mobile Application does not grant us the automatic right to reproduce, use, adapt, modify, distribute or publish the Content submitted by you or saved in your User account for marketing, commercial, or any other similar purpose. But you grant us the right to access, copy, store, transmit, distribute, perform or display your account’s User Content exclusively to provide and to sustain our Services. Without limiting any of those warranties, we have the right, though we are not obligated, to, in our sole discretion, remove or refuse any User Content that in our sensible opinion, breaches any of our policies or is in any way objectionable or harmful.

Adult Content

Please, be informed that there may be some adult or mature Content available in the Mobile Application. A warning will be shown to the User before any adult Content will be displayed. Where there is adult or mature content, individuals below the acceptable age of eighteen (18) years old are not allowed to access or view such content under the laws of any applicable jurisdiction. If we discover that an individual below the age mark attempts to conduct a transaction through the Services, we will request for a verified parental approval, by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998 ("COPPA"). Certain portions of the Mobile Application may be restricted to children below eighteen (18) years any circumstances.


We are not accountable for Content found on the Mobile Application. Under no circumstance shall we be held responsible for loss or damage of any Content. It is your responsibility to keep an appropriate backup of all your User Content. Notwithstanding the preceding, in certain exceptional events, with no obligation whatsoever, we may be able to retrieve some or all of your information that has been previously deleted as of a given date and time which we may have backed up information for our purposes. We do not guarantee that the particular information you seek will be available.

Prohibited Uses

In addition to other terms as defined and outlined in these Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the Mobile Application, the Services or its Contents:

i. to implore others to perform or partake in any illegal acts;ii. for any unlawful reasons;iii. to breach any international, federal, provincial, state laws, rules, regulations or local statutes;iiii. to breach our intellectual property rights or rights of others;v. to abuse, harass, harm, insult, slander, defame, intimidate, disparage, or discriminate based on gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, age, race, national origin, or disability;vi. to submit misleading information;vii. to transmit or upload viruses or any harmful codes that may be used to affect or attack the operation or functionality of the Service or the Mobile Application, or the internet;viii. to track or collect personal details of others;ix. to phish, spam, pharm, spider, pretext, scrape, or crawl;x. for any immoral or obscene purpose; orxi. to bypass or interfere with the security set up of the Mobile Application or the Service or the internet.

We reserve the sole right to disable your use of the Mobile Application or the Service for breaching any of the prohibited uses.

Intellectual Property Rights

These Terms and Conditions do not transfer to User any intellectual property owned by Spectra44 or third-parties, and all titles, rights, and interests in and to such property will remain solely with Spectra44.

All service marks, trademarks, logos and graphics used in connection with Services or the Mobile Application have registered trademarks of Spectra44 or its licensors. Other service marks, trademarks, logos and graphics used in connection with the Services or Mobile Application may be trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Services and Mobile Application grants you no license or right to reproduce or otherwise use any Spectra44 or third-party trademarks.

Disclaimer of Warranty

You consent that your access and use of our Services or Mobile Application is at your own risk only. You consent that the Service and Mobile Application is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We at this moment disclaim warranties of any kind, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-violation. We make no warranty that the Service orthe Mobile Application will meet your standards, or that the Service will be on time, secure, uninterrupted or error-free; neither do we make warranty as to the outcome of using the Service or that the defects in the Mobile Application will be completely and effectively corrected. You acknowledge and consent that any material and information downloaded or obtained via the use of the Service is done at your sole discretion and risk and that you will be held accountable for any damage to your device or any loss of data that results from downloading such material and data.

We make no warranty regarding any products, goods or services obtained or purchased via the Service, or any other transactions entered into through the Service. No advice, whether written or oral, obtained from us by you through the Service shall be sufficient to create any warranty not expressly made herein.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law, under no circumstance shall Spectra44, its subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, licensors or suppliers be responsible to any person for: any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, consequential, or cover damages (including without limitation, damages or loss of revenue, profits, goodwill, sales, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated revenue, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of responsibility, including, without limitation, tort, contract, warranty, violation of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if Spectra44 has been counseled about the possibility of such damages or could have forecasted such loss. To the full extent permitted under applicable law, the aggregate liability of Spectra44, its subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, licensors or suppliers, relating to the Services will be limited to a minimum amount of one dollar or any fee paid in cash by you to Spectra44 for the one month period prior to the first occurrence giving rise to such liability.

This exclusions and limitations also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.


You agree to indemnify and hold Spectra44, its subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, licensors and suppliers harmless against and from any liabilities, losses, damages, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in regard of any third-party allegations, claims, dispute, actions, or demands asserted against any of them due to User Content, your use of Mobile Application or Services or any intentional misconduct on your own part.


All restrictions and rights contained in these Terms and Conditions are applicable and shall be exercised to the extent whereby they do not violate any laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary, so they will not render this Agreement invalid, illegal, or unenforceable. If any section of this Agreement shall be considered to be invalid, illegal, or void by a court of competent jurisdiction, the sole decision that the remaining sections thereof shall constitute their agreement concerning the subject matter described hereof, and all such remaining sections thereof shall remain in effect and full force.

Dispute Resolution

The formation, interpretation, and performance of these Terms and Conditions, any disputes arising out of it shall be handled by the substantive and procedural laws of North Carolina, the United States without regard to its laws on conflicts or choice of law and, to the extent applicable, the laws of United States. The exclusive jurisdiction and location for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the federal and state courts located in North Carolina, United States, and you at this moment agree to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. You at this moment relinquish any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising due to or related to these Terms and Conditions. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to these Terms and Conditions.


You are not permitted to resell, assign, sub-license or otherwise transmit, transfer or delegate any of your rights or responsibilities hereunder, in part or whole, without the prior written consent of Spectr44, which shall be strictly according to our sole discretion and without favoritism or obligation; any such assignment or transfer shall be void and null. We are free to assign any of our rights or responsibilities hereunder, in part or whole, to any third-party as part of the sale of all or considerable assets or stock or as part of a company merger.

Changes and Amendments

We reserve the sole right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions or any other policies relating to the Services or Mobile Application at any given time, effective upon posting of an updated or upgraded version of these Terms and Conditions in the Mobile Application. When we do this, we will add the revision date at the bottom of this page. Your continued access and use of the Mobile Application after any such changes shall be considered as your approval and acceptance of such changes.

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions

You declare and accept that you have read these Terms and Conditions and consent to all its stated terms and conditions. By using the Services and the Mobile Application, you consent to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept part or all of these Terms and Conditions, you are not permitted or authorized to access or use the Services and the Mobile Application.
